This service will provide bespoke support to help ex-offenders settle within their community.  This will be done by:

• One to one meetings to discuss your support needs
• Support groups and workshops e.g. mental health awareness, and pro-social behaviour
• Recovery planning to chart and work on your personal goals
• Information advice & guidance
• Peer to peer support
• Family support

Other support

We can work with other services to help you achieve your ambitions e.g. Probation, Offender Managers etc.
